A. Find your 1 rep max overhead squat.

B. This is a slightly modified version of Open workout 17.4:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
35 (full version is 55) deadlifts, 225/155 lb OR 185/95 OR 55% of your 1 rep max
55 wall-ball shots, 20/14 lb ball to 10/9 foot target
55-calorie row
55 handstand push-ups (scale to hand-release push-ups).

I have scaled the deadlifts back to 35 reps from 55, as 55 is a ton of volume. Even so, be very mindful of your back position, and be smart about your choice of weight. Don’t be a hero and take on a weight that you cannot safely manage.
