A. Tempo deadlift – 5×3 @ 51X1 tempo (5 sec negative, 1 sec in bottom, eXplode up, 1 sec at top). Weight should be 65-70% of your max deadlift. Use an overhand grip as much as possible to work on your grip strength.
B. 15 minute AMRAP, with a partner, outdoors:
Partner A: 1 length sled push (same upright style as Sat Aug 5) + 1 length heavy suitcase carry (1 KB or DB)
Partner B: 1 length heavy suitcase carry + 1 length sled push.
This will work best with a partner of similar carrying and pushing abilities.
