A. With a partner, for reps/laps:

3 minutes of barbell shoulders-to-overhead (95/65)

1 minute rest

3 minutes of tire flips

1 minute rest

3 minutes pinch grip carry (2×35 lb/2×25 lb plates)

1 minute rest

3 minutes Russian KB swings (70/44 or scale as needed)

1 minute rest

3 minutes of sandbag squats

1 minute rest

3 minutes sled push (empty dog sled).

All movements except the tire flips will be one person working at a time. Depending on the weight of the tire, you can either take turns flipping, or flip with your partner. For the other movements, the work may be partitioned as needed. We will start people at different stations. Record your scores as the number of reps or laps per movement, and then the final seventh score will be your total number of reps.
