A. Back squat – EMOM 10×2@65%. Focus on good position, and moving the weight quickly on the way up.
B. 10 minute AMRAP of:
16 barbell push presses (95/65)
8 pistols per leg.
Compare to June 1 2017 or Aug 13 2016.
C. In as few sets as possible, 15 rounds of: 5 hollow rocks + 5 second hold.
Scale the hollow position to a tuck or straddle if needed.
