B. For total reps, with 2 minutes of work on each movement and 30 seconds rest (2 rounds):

  1. Russian KB swings (53/35 for all movements)
  2. KB push press
  3. KB snatch
  4. Goblet squats.

C. 4 sets of max effort strict toes-to-bar.
