3 minutes of BB shoulders-to-overhead (95/65)

Rest 1 minute

3 minutes of sandbag/d-ball ground-to-over-the-shoulder

Rest 1 minute

3 minutes of sandbag/d-ball squats

Rest 1 minute

3 minutes of fat grip DB/KB suitcase carry

Rest 1 minute

3 minutes of Russian KB swings (70/44 or scale as needed).
