A. Pull-up technique and strength:

  • 3 minutes of beat swing practice
  • 5 max effort sets of pull-ups (scale to strict banded, or ring rows)
  • 2 max effort sets of Bulgarian ring rows

B. 10 minute AMRAP of:

7 power snatches (75/50 or 50%, whichever is less)

14 wall balls (20/14).
