A. Back squat – 4×8@70%. Beginners will scale to air squats, goblet squats, or light barbell squats.
B. From Dec 2 2017:
15 minute AMRAP with a partner:
200 skips (double-unders count for 2 reps)
20 (total) ring rows or pull-ups
30 air squats or goblet squats (total) (53/35 KB weights for more experienced members)
20 med ball passes (total) in plank.
