A. Snatch balance – 5×3 at a medium heavy weight (increase from March 15 if possible).

B. 12 minute AMRAP of 5, 10, 15, 20, etc. reps each of:

Wall balls

DB hang power cleans.

Don’t go crazy with the weights for the DBs, as you will end up doing quite a few reps. Rx weight would be in the 35/25 range. Your score will be the total number of reps completed. For example, if you finish the round of:

15s, your total is 60 reps

20s, your total is 100 reps

25s, your total is 150 reps

30s, your total is 210 reps

35s, your total is 280 reps

40s, your total is 360 reps.
