A. Sots press – 2×5. Challenge yourself on the weight for these, but recognize that mobility will ultimately limit the weight on these for most people.

B. Hang snatches – 5×3, working between 75-85%.

C. 5 rounds for time with a partner:

1 lap sled push / max effort KB push press

Switch roles.

Sled weight should be challenging, but not to the point that you’re having to rest on a given length. A short rest at the turnaround is acceptable. Use the smaller sleds with straps if needed.
