A. Thrusters – 5×5@60-70% of your push press.

B. 5 rounds for time, with a 15 minute cap:

10 deadlifts (bodyweight or 50%, whichever is less)

15 ring push-ups (if you can’t do 15+ regular floor push-ups in a row, just stick to regular push-ups)

20 lateral hops over your barbell

Keep your feet and knees together if you’re hopping laterally. If you have knee issues, jump forwards over your bar. If jumping just isn’t your thing yet, place something like a band on the floor and jump over that instead of the bar.
