A. This is a CrossFit mainsite workout from April 30 2018. Don’t underestimate this one. It will get pretty spicy as you get into the workout:

“Jack”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 push presses
10 kettlebell swings
10 box jumps

Men: 115-lb. presses, 53 lb kettlebell swings, 24-in. box
Women: 80-lb. presses, 35 lb kettlebell swings, 20-in. box.

The Rx weight will be very heavy for many people, so scale the weight to no more than 55-60% of your max push press.
