A. Thrusters – 5×5. Increase weight if possible from last week. You should be nearing 80% of your push press.
B. For time:
Row 500 m
Then 3 rounds of:
10 handstand push-ups
10 deadlifts at 60%
10 strict pull-ups (increase to 15 reps if you are proficient in these)
Then row 500 m.
