Increase the weight on each set if possible, starting at the lower end of the stated percentages.

B. 10 minute AMRAP of:

8 ring push-ups – scale up to ring dips or HSPU (on the floor, not on the rings)

12 box jumps (24″/20″)

16 toes-to-bar.
