Oh darn I missed the 2000m row! I love rowing 2000m almost as much as I love burpees.

A 2K row done at max effort is a heinous exercise no matter how you slice it. It will come up again, but not right away.
A) worked up to a max of 115#
B) 8:25, slower than my PR of 8:18
I jumped in for part B only. 7:05 for the row — also significantly slower than my PR. My pace was on the mark for a 7-minute time up until the last 6-7 hundred metres, when the wheels (oars?) fell off. Thanks to Hillary and Melissa for the encouragement.
