For the open class:

A. Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes: 1 hang clean+1 push press

B. 3 rounds for time: Row 500m, 15 pushups, 10 deadlifts @ 65-70%.

TEAM WORKOUT SUNDAY 2 PM!

The very first CrossFit Steinbach team workout is happening this Sunday at 2 pm! It doesn’t matter if you are in the regular or introductory On Ramp classes, come out and take part! There won’t be any movements you haven’t seen before. Well… maybe one, but that’s a surprise.
