Hopefully the world still exists by the time this is posted. If it does not, you are exempt from doing a workout. Fighting zombies will no doubt be enough of a workout.
In the far more likely event that the world has not actually ended, the workout is:
A. 1 RM split jerk
B. Make up a conditioning workout you missed earlier in the week.
