B. For time:
50 Double-unders (or 100 singles), then:
3 rounds of: 15 DB thrusters + 5 DB renegade rows

A) 190# for 3, then 200# for 2, but on the last rep, I was really struggling to keep my knee out so didn’t go for the third rep.
