Also, welcome to all the new people who have just started their On Ramp sessions this week! It’s great to see some new faces. Don’t worry, the quad soreness will go away eventually. The hardest part is just getting in the door and signing up, and you’ve done that already.

1. EMOTM 2 snatch 75# for 5 min
2. EMOTM PC + PJ + SC 95# for 7 min
3. made up yesterday’s met con. 20# DB for lunges, 20# slamball, 7:21. Almost got the first set of DU unbroken. We shall see what my butt feels like tomorrow.
So how’s your butt Hillary? I can honestly say that metcon evened things out and now my whole body is sore, not just upper like earlier in the week :). A couple of rest days are in order. And my lunges were bw only.
That metcon had me suffering for a couple of days. From that, I surmise the need for more weighted lunges and split squats. It shall be added to my ever-growing list of accessory work.
