Comfortable lift for the day, was having trouble centering the weight today. I’m pretty certain that my previous PR of 315 was somewhat broken, but this one felt solid and was touch and go, so I’m happy about that. B. See above. Mara on January 18, 2013 at 7:55 pm A. Super day today! 3 x 285, which is a PR. Didn’t expect to get there and I’m still all warm and fuzzy about it. Oh, and didn’t use mixed grip, either!!! I have always used mixed grip when DL’ing heavy. B. 3:46 with 55# and hanging leg raises. Grip was the limiting factor.
