A)Snatch balance 115# – my shoulders were tired from yesterday so it was challenging stabilizing my right scapula. I really had to concentrate, especially when bringing the bar back down.
B) 45# KB for swings, 35# for OH lunge – very challenging but awesome work-out. I really enjoyed this one. time 7:48. I think Jay would like this WOD.
C) Tabata sit-ups with some amazing on-ramp people. 112. Finally got over that 100 hump.
