They aren’t options. You work through one, then move on to the next. There will always be a coach in the class, so they will guide you through the workout.

I was wishing today was A OR B…no such luck.
A. Used 75#. Felt better towards the end.
B. 14# med ball. I have no idea what my time was, but slower than Earl. Grip is shot from yesterday’s rope climbs. I actually was having a tough time catching and holding onto the ball. That’s not usually my limiting factor for wall balls :).

A. 155# felt good, may have to retest my 1 RM again as it may be higher than my last record
B. 20 # to the 10′ line… 75 in 3:00 plus row in 3:40
When you have two options such as ‘A’ and ‘B’ does that mean you pick one and do that one or do both?
