Wow, it’s hard to believe it’s been 2 months already! At the same time, I think everyone has been making great progress so far. We’ve seen lots of people do things they’d never imagined they could do — and you’ve seriously just scratched the surface. People are moving better,  getting stronger, and breathing easier. What’s the key to having success? Quite honestly, just showing up is a huge part of the answer to that question. Train consistently but not to the point of overtraining, dial in the nutrition, take care of your body with proper rest and mobilization, and it will reward you.

Congratulations on getting out of your comfort zone! I will never tell anyone that this stuff is easy, because that would be a lie. If you want to improve however, you MUST get uncomfortable. I’ve been doing this for a few years now, and it still makes me uncomfortable — every single day. I’m okay with that, and indeed search it out. Get comfortable with the uncomfortable, be patient, and results will happen.
