A. Barbell complex of: 1 deadlift, 1 hang power clean, 1 hang squat clean, 1 push jerk. The sequence is performed every 2 minutes for 5 rounds, and each round must be completed without setting the bar down.
B. For time: 30 wallballs, 30 pushups, 30 air squats, 30 situps. After each movement, do 2 mat lengths (there and back) farmer carry with heavy KBs or DBs.

B) 3:47….if i could just get my push-ups to be unbroken.
A. Worked up to 150 for this complex. The push jerk was definitely the weak point.
B. Just over 4 minutes for this one. I’m thinking that the farmer carries should have been longer for this one.
