A. 5 x 150, 3 x 160, 3 x 170, 3 x 1 x 180. Felt particularly heavy today.
B. 10:11. Scaled pushups to 15/round on a 24″ box. Limiting factors were a combo of not being able to breathe and muscle fatigue on the pushups.
C. Bought a T-shirt. Still think we need a smart-a** saying. TRAIN LIKE YOU MEAN IT has a nice ring. I know nobody else would go for BUCK FURPEES.
