While holidays were great, getting back into the groove was challenging.
A) box jump 38″… Brain and balance were not playing nice
B) 225 for first part…failed 255 aft one rep for the second part so dropped to 235 as it was just safer for all
C) 56 reps to 20″ box

A. 24″, which is not a PR but the boxes were freaking me out so glad I managed one jump to 24″ in the end.
B. 3 x 5 x 150#, 2 x 3 x 170#. Felt heavy. I agree that it’s tough to lift heavy stuff after a long break, even though the break was great.
C. 30 reps with 12″ box. Steady if not spectacular.
