A. Clean & jerk — Take 15 minutes to find 1 rep max.
B. For time:
50 DUs, 10 weighted lunges
40 situps, 8 weighted lunges
30 KB swings, 6 weighted lunges
20 wallballs, 4 weighted lunges
10 burpees, 2 weighted lunges
Lunges should be heaviest weight possible.

It does look fun. Hope the weather gets slightly better and I can make it later. I know I’ve missed too many workouts when I WANT to come for weighted lunges.

A) 125# C&J, still need to work on the getting faster with my split jerk. Also working on faster elbows with my clean.
B) 135# and 145# 2×2 clean first pulls
C) front squat 1×8 at 70% 125#, 1×5 at 75% 135#, 2×3 at 80% 145#, 3×2 at 85% 155#
D) 11:26. doubled the number of lunges with 35# per hand, 45# KBS. I likely need to start working on heavier KBS and heavier lunges though 35# was good for the number of lunges I did, especially after the front squats.
