Skill work of your choice, plus a conditioning workout from earlier this week OR an entire workout from earlier this week.

Did Monday’s C & J and metcon medley. Wasn’t too scared going in because Doug did it in 6 something, but it thrashed me badly.
A. Built up to multiple reps of 115# on the C & J. Nowhere near a PR, still working on my oly skills and it wasn’t a great day for focus.
B. Did double unders, used 25# for the lunges, 45# KB, and 14# wall ball to the 10′ line. I wasn’t going to thank you for that, Colin, but I’m suddenly feeling generous so thanks. It was really super tough to hit over that line. I only no repped once, but I was slow. Need to work on better accuracy so I don’t waste so much power throwing higher than necessary. 9:20. And fun working out with Melissa!
