B. 10 min AMRAP: 6 DB snatches, 6 T2B, 6 pushups
For those of you who had difficulties last week with the pistols, here is a more extensive checklist from Carl Paoli at GymnasticsWOD to determine where your limiting factor is. I’d say for the majority of people, strength is likely the issue, but for those of you who have the strength, maybe mobility is what you need to work on.
A. Worked up to 85#, which I’m guessing means my max snatch should be heavier than 95, my ancient PR from like two years ago that I’ve never been able to match, let alone beat. Got some awesome tips from Colin on my start position which has been bugging me forever so hopefully one of these days it’ll all come together.
B. Used 40# DB, hanging knee raises and 4 pushups per round. 10 + 12.
