B. For time:

30 shoulder touches, row 300 m

20 shoulder touches, row 400 m

10 shoulder touches, row 500 m

15 pushups, row 400 m

10 pushups, row 300 m

5 pushups.

C. 3×60 sec hollow hold with plate
