Tried to reserve a spot for today’s noon class but the site wouldn’t let me. Worked fine for tomorrow’s 9 am option.

I did Thursday’s workout with Mara today! Way to push today Mara, your are so motivational to workout with!!
Bench Press 115lbs
Row 1- 1:44 (New PR for me!)
Row 2- 1:54
Row 3- 1:57 (as you can tell, I was running outta steam by this point!)

It was motivating working out with you too, Lisa! You are a very fast rower!
A. Bench press 5 sets of 3 @ 135# with a slow negative. Weight was just right as the last rep was a struggle for the last few sets.
B. 3 x row 500m. 1:49.2 (so should really be 1:50), 1:56, 1:56. I believe my last PR was 1:57 so it was nice to see some major improvement in my rowing. I know I’m getting stronger and that’s great but conditioning is always a weak area for me.
