A. Work up to heavy single in the following barbell complex: 1 clean pull + 2 low hang cleans + 1 push jerk.

B. This is a partner workout. Partner 1 works while Partner 2 accumulates reps in the second movement. Switch roles and repeat. Move on to the next pair of movements.

Station 1: Partner 1 does 50 wallballs, while Partner 2 accumulates ring row reps. Switch roles.

Station 2: Partner 1 does 250 skips, while Partner 2 accumulates lunge reps. Switch roles.

Station 3: Partner 1 rows 500 m, while Partner 2 accumulates pushup reps. Switch roles.

Station 4: Partner 1 does 50 KB swings, while Partner 2 accumulates situp reps. Switch roles.

Total score will be based on total work time AND total reps, so don’t game the workout by going slow on the row, for example, while your partner goes nuts on the pushups.
