A. Got 75# successfully. 85 was more of a push press. Still working on trying to get under the bar.
B. Used 95# for the Pendlay rows and good mornings, 25# for the lunges (1st round) then 30# for rounds 2 and 3.
C. 45 seconds, 40 seconds, not sure but my abs were on fire!
