Great job today everyone…it’s an awesome day when we run out of weights in the gym.
Racing tomorrow so I decided to save my hamstrings.
Part b) 7:02 using a 60 followed up with 149 DU’s. Need to work on that skill when feeling fatigued as shoulder and fore arms got tight quickly

A. 315# for 5 on the deadlift, which is a PR according to my notes. Core felt really solid, which I’m happy about.
B. 7:15 with the 60# KB, and 96 DUs for the second part. It was nice to be working outside for once! More of this to follow…

A. Got up to 255# on the deadlift, which ties an ancient PR. Felt like both my form and my grip couldn’t go any heavier so I called it a day.
B. 10:18 using the 44# KB. Today it was my legs that were the limiting factor. Usually it’s my lungs. Okay, my lungs weren’t exactly thrilled either.
C. 73 double unders. Shoulders and arms just wouldn’t turn the rope after a while.
GOOD LUCK IN YOUR RACE TODAY, JAY!
