A. Heavy set of 2 low hang snatch, then 5×1 snatch @ 70% every 30 seconds.
B. With a partner:
3 min AMRAP of tire flips (alternate with partner each rep).
Rest 3 min
3 min AMRAP sled push (alternate with partner each rep). 1 rep = 1 gym length. (If you’re doing the thought experiment on this one, you’ll realize that you will have to run alongside your sled-pushing partner to the other end so you can push the sled back. Yep, you’re welcome.)
C. With your partner, accumulate 6 min total time in hollow hold. Only one person works at a time.
A. Got up to 75#, still working on technique, particularly lat activation. Getting there, slowly but surely.
B. Super fun WOD with Doug! I think we got 45 tire flips and 12 sled pushes with 25#. The sled pushes were brutal!

A: 65# worked on form mostly with these I am still finding them hard.
B: My favorite. Did 33 tire flips and 10 sled pushes without a partner!
