A. Heavy set of 2 low hang snatch, then 5×1 snatch @ 70% every 30 seconds.

B. With a partner:

3 min AMRAP of tire flips (alternate with partner each rep).

Rest 3 min

3 min AMRAP sled push (alternate with partner each rep). 1 rep = 1 gym length. (If you’re doing the thought experiment on this one, you’ll realize that you will have to run alongside your sled-pushing partner to the other end so you can push the sled back. Yep, you’re welcome.)

C. With your partner, accumulate 6 min total time in hollow hold. Only one person works at a time.
