Fun WOD, especially being outside to row.
A) capped out at 255, felt good (not easy) for 3
B) a whole lot of butt cramp on this one. Total rowing time was 8:07

It is such a good thing I didn’t peek at this one before I came or never would have showed up for it.
A. 182.5 x 3 at the end. Felt heavy. My squats are feeling much more solid than I think they ever have.
B. 9:38 or something like that. Rowing outside was fun once I fixed the list in my boat due to being in a pothole :). Colin joined us and he was crazy fast.

B) 9:48 I think. I was trying to keep up with Mike – a great challenge!
