10 good mornings (up from last wk)
6-10 bench press (with KBs suspended from bands) (comme ca)
The last movement is kind of fun, and an eye opener. I’m not going to say too much more about it. You’ll just have to experience it for yourself.

Way to go teams!! I think I’m finally starting to come off my ” running 5k didn’t hurt” high.
Tonight’s work with the bench press was challenging in a whole new way. I’m looking forward to trying it again.
