Goblet squat (55/35)
GHD situps
Deadlift @ 135/95
Ring pushups
C2B pullups
GHD Hip extensions
Movements will be scaled as needed. We will rotate through the stations, so everyone will start on something different.

A. Worked up to 115# for the back squat, felt good today.
B. 155. There were 6 of us at the nooner today!!! WHOOP!! The GHD situps were scaled down to situps, b/c of the timing of our groups. C2B scaled to ring rows, ring pushups scaled to pushups on the box. Goblet squat was 35#, and the DL was 85#.
