The front parking lot is apparently being paved tomorrow (Wed), so I’m thinking we will park in the dead end of Acres Drive (past the stop sign) for the day. It will mean a short stroll to the gym, but I’m pretty sure we are up to the challenge. I’m also going to talk to Dowalt Homes (next door) to see if we can use their parking lot after 4 or 5 pm. Thanks!

Some of you have been waiting for this one for a while now, so today’s the day. For those less steeped in CrossFit lore, this workout is notorious in the CF world for being just a vicious delightful combination of movements. Scaled properly, it should take 3-5 minutes.

C. 3xME hollow hold, arch hold. Rest 1 min between rounds.
