The parking lot is being paved today, so please park at the end of Acres, or on the street. I’ve been told they will be done by 2 pm, so this may not apply to the evening classes.
*****Update: It’s 4 pm and they are currently paving, so please find somewhere else to park. The back door is open if you want to avoid all the excitement out front.
A. Work up to heavy single set of: 1 power clean+1 squat clean+3 front squats.
B. 10 min AMRAP:
10 weighted step ups
10 piked pushups/HSPU
10 knees to elbows.
This was day 4 for me and I could really tell. I felt like I quickly ran out of steam.
A) 130#. I was happy with this. I am consistently able to clean over 125#, which I was stuck at for over a year.
B) 3+15, 35# /arm for step-ups
