This is another named CrossFit workout that popped up in the CF Games Regionals, and some people have been putting up ridiculously fast times. This is one of the few CF workouts that uses the same weight for both men and women. That being said, if 45 lbs is a significant percentage of your 1 rep max thruster or push press, we will scale the weight.
