<– I wasn’t necessarily expecting PRs yesterday, but we still managed to have quite a few, some of them huge. Awesome work everyone!
A. Work up to a heavy single Turkish get-up on each side. Ideally these should be the same weight for each arm.
B. 5 rounds for total time:
20 shoulder touches
16 KB swings
12 weighted lunges
Rest 90 sec.
Compare to Feb 16.
Big surprise I had a lot of fun with this workout
A: was a challange but made it to 35 lbs each arm
B: finished at 12:39 still have to use a box for shoulder touches

A. got to 25#, could manage 30# on the right arm but the left was a no go. – booo!
B. 13:47. 26# KB, 25# DB for the lunges.
Really, really liked that 90 sec break!!!
