No comments? How am I supposed to get psyched about a workout if there are no comments telling me about how much awesomeness to expect?
A) fun and comfortable @ 185#
B) 28-28-28-27-25-22….tough and butt was tight by the time this was over
Sled push…just about 6 lengths….5-1/2…..5
C) :35,:33,:35
H, if you haven’t done this yet have a good time. Take the rower outside and enjoy the summertime air
There was some major awesomeness happening today.
A. Used 130#, wasn’t bad and I felt like my depth got progressively better.
B. 21, 21, 20, 20, 19, 19 or something like that. Ugh. Tough. Sled pushes afterwards were extra special for my butt and legs.
C. 40, 35, 32 seconds on 30″ boxes. Not quite ready for rings yet.
Was great to have all the 9 am’ers cheering for the sled pushes ’cause they were tough.
Hillary, if you haven’t yet done this WOD, the awesomeness is monumental!
A) 70# – felt good today. I love my Oly shoes for this stuff
B) First three rounds were 16 calories, last three rounds were 15 calories. Major butt cramps on this part. Got about 3.5-4 lengths on the sled pushes…legs were cooked!
C) 25, 30, 25 seconds on the rings
Great job to everyone on the 9 am crew!
I told her it was so great that some people felt like puking from the sheer joy of it all. For some reason she went ahead and did it anyway.
A. 185 on the back squats – same as Jay.
B. Rows ranged from a low of 24 cal on the final round to a high of 27, I think on my second round — not quite the same as Jay.
Sled pushes – 5.5 lengths, 6, 6. – slightly better than Jay. These felt better than last week.
C. Tuck holds – 30, 35, 35 sec. – about the same as Jay.
I did the first round without warming up my abs properly, and met my old friend Ab Cramp. He’s a jerk.
A) 135#
B) 17, 18, 17, 17, 16, 15. Done in the parking lot while the new church parishioners were congregating. Entertainment for all but not as many people slowing down to watch as when Colin and I did the partner carry and tire flips on Friday night.
C ) sled pushes no better than last week but I did have to dodge some late church goers flying into the parking lot.
3 lengths each time.
D) 30sec, 30 sec and 20sec on the rings.
Thanks everyone for the awesomeness ratings. They were much appreciated.
