Excellent pick-me-up! I came in miserable and left thrilled! A. Front squat 3 x 167.5, a PR of a lot. Can’t really find a good record of this. Thanks for the push (again!) Colin! B. Used 85# for barbell work and 30# DB. 3 + 6 and 3 + 5. Can feel my conditioning is improving! Esther on July 12, 2013 at 11:22 pm I did Tuesdays workout today as well. A. 105#, a 10# PR from the last, and as a lucky little bonus i got a 1RM PR ~ 120#, also a 10# increase – yahooooo!! B. 50# for the BB, and 20# for the DB. 3+6 and 3+4. Was fun today…but isn’t it always!! Thanks Colin for all your effort in planning workouts, and keeping us motivated…and encouraging us to throw out our scales!!
