A. Work up to a heavy set in the following barbell complex:
1 power clean + 1 squat clean + 1 push jerk + 1 split jerk
B. 5×400 m run, rest 2 min between laps. We will run this in a straight line rather than with a turnaround.

A. Got up to 110#. Could have gone heavier but ran out of time. Still working on my split jerk a lot, but I think push jerk is coming along.
B. 17:25 or something. Oddly, I think the last one was fastest. First was very slow at 2:07 but trying to learn new running technique. I think the last one was 1:55, which is pretty fast for me (especially at the end of a WOD like this.)
A) 155, still had room to go
B) 14:37… 1:20, 1:20, 1:17, 1:20, 1:20. I really do like training my running with workouts like this.
A: 105# . I found this to be a lot of fun. I feel my technique improving a little which is nice to see.
B: I hate running. my time was 17:58? I think. I kept my times between 2:01 and 2:05 which is not bad for a non-runner. I rather run this 1000 times over then step on a treadmill though!
Have a good weekend
A) 130#
B) 1:50, 1:50, 1:50, 1:54, 1:54
