A. 245 front squat – tried for a PR, but didn’t have it today.
B. Squeezed this one just now: 800 m run – 3:01 (apparently I need to run faster to keep up with some of you!)
50 burpees – 2:13 (pretty sure I’ve done this faster, but not after a 800 m run)
2 min ME situps – 73 (Jay, this one has your name on it…)
A) 235, off my PR but there was just no willing the weight any higher today.
B) 2:43 happy as my legs are feeling fatigued from the rowing on Monday and my enurance WOD yesterday.

A) 175# – equaled my PR from the spring. Failed at 185 # and 180#. So frustrating since 175# didn’t feel too bad. Oh well, back to work.
