A. Work up to a heavy set of 3 in the bench press.
B. 8 rounds, every minute on the minute (EMOTM) of:
5 heavy Russian KB swings
5 tuck jump burpees
If you had your mind set on doing a workout from earlier this week, you may do that instead of the above workout.

***We will have a team workout at the gym on Monday Aug 5 at 2 pm. These are a great way to meet some new people and get your sweat on. All regular members and current members or recent graduates of the On Ramp program are welcome. The exact workout will not be posted online… you’ll only find out is if you show up.
A) 3 stop snatch. My snatch is feeling rusty. I need to spend more time on a weekly basis working on it. Worked up to decent form at 75#, everything from there to 95# wasn’t so hot.
B) 3 RM bench press – 105# was easy, went for 115# and got 2 reps.
C) 25 pistols standing on a 20″ box, ring push ups – the rings a little to really focus on getting my biceps to the rings and keeping the core steady. 125# DL. Time 20:42
I really want to try the EMOTM KBS, burpee tuck jumps with the 80# KB, just for fun.
