This week is largely a testing week, without a whole lot of volume. We’ve been working hard on strength and technique recently, so we’ll see where you are at for some movements. Have fun with it!
A. Still using a 1RM of 215#. Felt pretty good. Looking forward to testing. Can’t believe I just put that in writing!
B. Colin was very kind and let me do 4 x 400 m run. 1:52, 1:53, 1:58, 1:59. Super pleased with that as I’m using new technique, kept the times pretty tight, and pretty sure the 1:52 is a PR.
