A. Take 15 minutes to work on handstand technique.
Some goals to shoot for:
3×1 minute handstand hold
3×10 heel pulls
B. For time, 6 rounds with a partner:
6 tire flips
12 total T-pushups (numbers may be scaled up or down, depending on push-up ability)
2 lengths (there and back) of the parking lot, i.e. each partner must be carried to and fro the length of the parking lot once.

I have a love/terrified relationship with handstands.
Odd number of people for the workout today, so I did part B by myself. 5 rounds of tire flips, t-pushups, and then farmer carry (55lbsx2).
A: I have a lot to work on with handstand holds still a work in progress
B: 12:00 did the 5 rounds with Scott so it was an actual partner carry! I had a lot of fun and oh how I have missed my tire friends.
A) I find multiple cast wall walks challenging so I\m trying to work on that.
B) 16:00. 55#/hand farmer carry, flipped the light tire without a partner.
