A. Take 15 minutes to work on handstand technique.
Some goals to shoot for:
3×1 minute handstand hold
3×10 heel pulls
B. For time, 6 rounds with a partner:
6 tire flips
12 total T-pushups (numbers may be scaled up or down, depending on push-up ability)
2 lengths (there and back) of the parking lot, i.e. each partner must be carried to and fro the length of the parking lot once.
