Did Wednesday’s 3RM Back Squats and 9 minute AMRAP of 6 single arm KBS/arm + 6 Burpees. A. 200# x 3! Yay! PR! It has been a long, bumpy road back on these and I am very excited to see this progress. B) horizontal ring rows, 2 ring dips, and 10 ring push-ups. Then 60#/hand for lunges.
